When I served the military, I read this book that is written by Richard Branson.
He is Virgin corporation C.E.O.
He have the principle of success that are challenging, self-confidence, people
readership, practice, frustration, innovation, social responsibility.
He give many chance that employees try to challenge something to employees.
If they fail the challenging, he give the praise instead of the angry.
Employees who got the trust to Richard Branson try to work hard.
He traveled transatlantic by a hot air balloon and challenge various business such as aviation, music, AIDS vaccine and so on. He don't have fear about the challenging.
I learned about challenging and self-confidence to him. After I know him, I change the my life.
So I respect Richard Branson. I hope to meet him.
